I decided to bring Rachel on a hiking first date.

It was a rainy season, and I knew it was risky. But I also know that when two adventurous spirits meet each other, what is better than to share an adventure together? 

And nope. The weather god was not on our side. The rain stopped us from sharing an adventure,

but it didn’t stop us from a joyful conversation.

Hojicha and cappuccino left half-emptied, but we talked endlessly for hours. The conversation never really stopped now that I can talk to Rachel for the rest of my life.

4 years by, we’re definitely turning the hiking date into a family road trip, together.
