Wenda was on a business trip to Shanghai, and I was also working there as well. That’s how we were able to find each other on the app.

Business got piled up, and we’re both serious about our job that we only kept chatting for the first two weeks.

To my surprise, it didn’t bother me at all. Even with the language barrier, our conversation was natural and more genuine than I could have imagined.

Wenda finally asked me on a date at a coffee spot, and we spent the entire day walking along Yuyuan road, bringing out the conversations we left off on our phones. It was our fourth date on a ferris wheel that Wenda confessed his feelings for me. It was magical.
