Our first date was an action movie with Xerine’s chaperone friend,  but what actually intrigued me was her order of the day: Guinness Stout.

But there’s more to the route than a single stout; our late night meets turned to Sundays after church turned to a getaway in Bangkok. At last, our conversation turned to a phenomenal strike on me that Xerine is “the one”.

I knew I had to tell her.

With a friendly accomplice in disguise of a street magician, I proposed at Sydney Darling Harbour. We tied the knot in 2018.

4 years later, 3 kids after, and 2 love birds. She will always be “the one”.
